Customer Reviews
  • “Having been a camp counselor for many years and now a professional guide I am required to have first aid training. I have yet to find a more thorough and helpful first aid training site.”

~ Cody, (River / Fishing / Trail / Hunting) Guide from Montana
  • “This website has helped me become a better citizen.”

~ Diana, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from Florida
  • “ I am a construction site superintendent in Ontario and require regular recertification. I have been taking my First Aid and CPR training with Pro CPR since 2006,and find it very thorough and the convenience of taking it in 2 to 3 hours on line at my own pace, when my time permits is a real assett as opposed to leaving the site for a whole day and going to a classroom setting.”

~ Don, Construction Superintendent from ON
  • “Very convenient and professional, and one of the few online recertification resources accepted by my state's licensing department.”

    ~ Jennifer from Wisconsin
  • “The course was given in small enough bites to easily absorb the information.”

    ~ Bruce from Michigan
  • “The instructor was excellent! He was clear and concise, gave lots of information, and covered difficult situations. I learned a lot. I am a retired ICU nurse but needed some first aid training to help in disasters! So glad that I found you!”

~ Melissa, Registered Nurse (RN) from Florida
  • “I'm glad that someone has developed an easier way to continue your certification while fitting class courses around others' busy schedules. Thank you for your great idea. I will pass word along and return to re-certify when the time comes.”

~ Kevin, Residential Rehabilitation House Lead from Maryland
  • “As a High School Coach, I have taken many onsite CPR/First Aid trainings. My retention after this online training was probably better than with all the others combined.”

~ Russell, Tennis Instructor from Maryland
  • “This online course was very helpful, quite easy, and user friendly. It covers all topics that a standard CPR / First Aid class covers, but it is really beneficial for someone who is crunched for time and simply needs a little "refresher" course for recertification. This is definitely the way to go for CPR recertification!”

~ David R., Certified Jazzercise Instructor from Wisconsin
  • “This is a great way to get CPR certified! The content is clear and easy to understand. You may review if you feel like you need it and the exam is user friendly. I loved it!”

~ Elsa, Certified Nurse Assistant from Washington
  • “Great training. The videos are very informative. The information is very informative for someone who has never had any formal training all the way to teaching an instructor some extra tips. Great Job!”

    ~ Daniel, Electrician from Colorado
  • “Roy was very professional, easy to understand, gave comprehensive and succinct information about each condition, and did so in an interesting and engaging manner. We also really liked Roy's obvious concern and commitment to encouraging each student to do his best to become an efficient and caring 'rescuer' without the usual fears that can accompany saving another's life.BTW, the reason I took the course, and had my husband listening in too, is because we live aboard our sailboat, Mahayana, and have been doing extensive cruising through the Caribbean and North America. But in a few months, we are starting a long voyage through the Panama canal and across the Pacific Ocean, where we will be entirely on our own. We needed a refresher for the first aid emergencies that might occur at sea. I think any sea voyager would benefit from the course’s simple and systematic approach to first aid emergencies. (Except the part that says call EMS :) - there is really no EMS way out in the ocean. If we are lucky, the Single Side Band radio might reach another sailor somewhere, if we ever have to abandon ship). But that happens so rarely. The section that moved me the most was when Roy discussed people's fears and gave encouragement and hope to any potential rescuer, but made it clear that sometimes there is not always a favorable outcome - that is not our fault. Roy delivered that part in such an emotional and heartfelt manner that his dedication and genuine sincerity for his work really moved us both.”

    ~ Deborah, Sailor from Alabama
  • “Great training videos, not boring, thank you.”

~ Marshall, Wheelchair driver from Ohio
  • “This course is very informative with a practical focus that instructs well how to get to the heart of the matter.”

~ Marcus, Construction from Armed Forces Pacific (AP)

~ Robert G., Merchant Mariner from Minnesota

    ~ Michael, Counselor from California
  • “Thank you for having and allowing the CPR training and testing to be done on line - especially for the people who just need to update their CPR. While taking the training, I was able to continue with my chores around the house also. This was so convenient for me.”

~ Emily, License Certified Dental Assistant from Kentucky
  • “I like the way you went about setting this up. ProFirstAid is layed out where it's easy to use and understand but more educational than a distracting classroom. When you live in Montana you look for the most convenient method possible to finish a job. Before ProFirstAid I had to travel 50 to 100 miles one way to take a first aid class. It might take a couple of weeks just to find a class. You can go at this with whatever pace trips your trigger. Good work and thanks!”

    ~ Cody, Outfitter from Montana
  • “This site provides experienced long time CPR & First Aid training participants to the opportunity to review the information and renew their understanding of reasonable, logical, and effective methods of providing CPR and First Aid. As a coach of many years, I am grateful for the opportunity to fulfill my professional obligations while enjoying the company of my family (who engaged in related conversations as I instructed them while studying - it IS true that one is not truly a learner until he becomes a teacher).”

    ~ Hector, Teacher/Coach from California
  • “I am so glad that this is available. Being a busy healthcare worker with 2 children and as many jobs, it is great to not have to go to yet another meeting just to prove that I know what I have known for the last 20 years! Thank you so much!!!”
