In the introduction to First Aid Plus course, we look at the different ways that you can keep yourself safe when dealing with an emergency from infections and other dangers. We also look at consent in first aid and taking vital siggns.

We also look at handing over to a second rescuer, drowning and how to improve your CPR compressions and breaths. Finally, we introduce what an AED is and how it can help a patient in cardiac arrest.
