ProTrainings Certification Courses
ProTrainings offers a wide variety of CPR & first aid related certification courses. These courses are built to meet workplace requirements for virtually every profession mandated to have basic life support certification. Training is offered in 100% online and blended formats. CPR & first aid procedures within the courses are taught to the latest American Heart Association guidelines and are educationally equivalent to or better than an American Heart or Red Cross class covering the same topic.
100% Online Courses
All courses have a 100% online option with the exception of skill evaluator training. The online course also serves as part 1 for the blended course option. With 100% online training, students register, train, test and then receive their card in the mail within 7-10 business days.
ProTrainings' e-learning courses are video based and not slide based. This puts the student with a qualified instructor, having his best day, in a 1 on 1 setting. Training comes in short subject-based segments that are able to capture relevant environments as it pertains to the student. Each question is followed by a pre-test question where the student confirms comprehension. This is finally followed up by a scenario-based test that not only challenges but remediates the student when an incorrect answer is given. Students are also able to train wherever, whenever they like, and courses generally cost much less than traditional classroom courses.
Blended Courses
All courses have a blended option with the exception of bloodborne pathogens. With blended training, students complete the part 1 online course and then proceed to www.blendedcpr.com to locate a skill evaluator to complete the part 2 skills check off. Once the skill evaluator has confirmed a passing score, the student will receive his or her wallet card in the mail within 7-10 business days.
ProTrainings e-learning blended courses are fully accredited and replace a 4-6 hour classroom period with a 30-45 minute skill evaluation. Blended courses generally cost less than traditional classroom courses. Online courses can be transferred to a blended course simply by adding on a skill evaluation; no additional testing or training is required once the online course has been completed.
